LOGO + BRAND IDENTITY
NFI is a digital platform designed to empower multilateral cooperation and co-innovation among governments, development sector stakeholders, and local communities, who are driven by a shared interest in improving the nutrition impacts of social protection systems.
The logo captures the essence of the NFI brand, which seeks to bring people together and unleash creativity and innovation through human-centered design. The human figures depicted in the logo reflect the brand’s commitment to inclusion, voice, and equitable representation in public policy decisions. The subtle depiction of a bowl, and the logo’s evocative egg shape, are a nod to the brand’s distinct focus on nutrition and healthy diets.
Beyond the logo, NFI’s identity is positive, warm, and aspirational. Though social protection systems serve the most disadvantaged in society, the brand does not dwell in hardship or deprivation. Rather, it paints a picture of a better, more resilient, more nutrition-secure future: it is an initiative about nutrition futures, after all.
